Rats can leave behind a few tell‑tale clues:
- Droppings near pet food, garbage, or sheds
- Gnaw marks on wood, plastic, or wiring
- Scratching noises in walls or crawl spaces
- Burrows along fences, woodpiles, or foundations
- Greasy rub marks along walls or pipes
If you notice any of these, early action makes a big difference.
