Sealed Competitive Bids to provide construction services for the Jackson County Vector Control District (“District”) will be received at the District office, 555 Mosquito Lane, Central Point, OR 97502, until 3:00 p.m. on September 7th. Any Bids received after the specified time will not be considered.
Bids will be for the remodel of the shop office space in the District’s administration building, located at 555 Mosquito Lane in Central Point, Oregon. Construction documents can be reviewed by appointment in the District office at the above address, or on the District website at www.jcvcd.gov.
Payment of Oregon prevailing wages effective January 1, 2023 for Region 8 (Jackson and Josephine counties) is required. Oregon’s prevailing wages can be found at https://www.oregon.gov/boli/employers/Pages/which-prevailing-wage-rate-applies-to-this-project.aspx.
