Jackson County Vector Control at the 2026 AMCA Annual Conference:
Jackson County Vector Control District will be attending the American Mosquito Control Association Annual Conference in Portland, Oregon, March 23–27. This international gathering brings together experts from across the globe to share the latest research, tools, and strategies in mosquito and vector control.
Our participation helps us strengthen our local programs through advanced training, continuing education, and learning from worldwide leaders in mosquito surveillance, emerging diseases, and innovative control methods. Bringing this knowledge home ensures Jackson County continues to benefit from the most up‑to‑date, science‑based practices in public health protection.
Our office will remain open during our regular hours — Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
